Sessions last around 50 minutes and include a mixture of strength and cardio exercises designed to give you a full body workout.
We have a large range of weights and so you can start light, and as you progress you can build up to the heavier weights.
All our exercises can be adapted so if you are having any issues just let us know.
You can go at your own pace but we do encourage you to push yourself to get the most out of the session
The first session is free, so come and have a go and find out for yourself.
We suggest layering up, especially in the colder months as you will get warm whilst you exercise, but as we are outside you can then cool down quickly.
It can get a bit muddy on the field in the wet weather, so you may not want to wear your best gym clothes!
A warm hat and gloves in the colder/ wet weather are also advisable.
Also don't forget to bring a drink.
We have three payment options:
1. Pay as you go at £6 per session
2. Purchase a pass, this costs £40 and gives you up to 12 sessions in a 2 month period
3. Set up a direct debit and come to as many sessions as you would like each month (we offer 10 sessions minimum each month) This costs £25 pcm for a single pass, or £40 pcm for a joint pass (two people from the same household)
We use an App called GymCatch. Click on the "book now" icon and this will take you to the site.
Alternatively you can contact us via email and we can book you on manually, or just turn up!
Payment is online via the GymCatch app, or you can bring cash to the session (correct amount please as we do not carry cash)
